I have over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, after a successful career in several companies I have decided to embark into a new journey; and find a new career. I have taken the decision to work with a professional in career coaching and choose to use IC Career Coaching’s services. Although I am a French speaker we have run all sessions in English and this language was also used in all documents produced. Before starting the sessions I had done a very limited research in career coaching and any suitable jobs that I could turn to. Thanks to my coach Ida, the entire experience was for me like a smooth journey. I have learnt a lot about myself, my strengths, skills, competencies and more importantly my achievements during my whole career. The coaching sessions enabled me to rebuild my confidence and discover what I love doing the most. I have appreciated the structure of the sessions and the debrief after each of them. Thanks to Ida, I am confident that I will find the job that will boost my career and change my life.
